SSO login problem: not a team member
When you try to login to GanttPRO through the SSO, you see the following message: SSO account you are using to login to GanttPRO is set up for a team you are not a part of.
Solution:Make sure you are a part of a team in GanttPRO that has configured SSO. Most probably, you haven’t been invited to it or haven’t accepted the invitation to join it.
SSO login problem: amount of seats exceeded
When you try to login to GanttPRO through the SSO, you see the following message: The team you are joining has the maximum number of users for the current plan. To expand the team, please, contact the account owner.
Solution: An Owner or Administrator of a GanttPRO account you are trying to join has to increase the number of seats in the subscription, as the team has exceeded a maximum number allowed.
SSO login problem: SSO not configured for a company
When you try to login to GanttPRO through the SSO, you see the following message: SSO is not configured for your company.
Solution: You have to activate SSO in your GanttPRO account. Log in without SSO, go to the Account Settings and open the Security tab (1). After that, click on Activate (2) for the SSO. If necessary, enter the SAML certificate data in the corresponding fields.
SSO login problem: the domains don't match
When you try to login to GanttPRO through the SSO, you see the following message: Your team uses an external provider to log in to GanttPRO account.
Solution: This happens when your GanttPRO team’s account only allows to login with SSO, and the domain you introduce does not match the SSO login domain.
In that case, an Account Owner can disable the “All team members can login only with SSO” checkbox or add exceptions for certain domains and emails.
SSO impedes adding new users to the account
You cannot invite new users to the account even if you have the corresponding permissions.
Solution: since the GanttPRO team’s account only allows to login with SSO, you cannot invite new members to the team from the Team and resources section.
In that case, an Account Owner or Administrator can:
1) disable the “All team members can login only with SSO” checkbox
2) add new users through the SSO provider
3) add the domain or email for the invited users to the exceptions.
