All the changes you make in your projects in GanttPRO quick Gantt chart creator are stored in the History of changes. Therefore, you will always be able to track what has been done, by whom, and when, and also have a backup of your project.
And what is more important, you can browse the History of changes and undo any action in your project.
This option is not available for Members without editing rights.
To open it, click on the History icon in the top right corner of the page. That way, you’ll see the list with all the changes that have been made since the beginning of the project.
If you click on a certain action you will see how the project looked before this change was implemented: type of action 1, what change has been done 2, by whom 3 and when 4.
If you need to find changes made in a specific timeframe, you can configure History zoom and switch between:
To find a particular piece of information in the History of changes, use Filters.

With the History of changes, you can easily undo actions/cancel changes in your projects within the app. This is an analogy of Ctrl+Z/Cmd+Z.
Select the latest change before the one you want to undo and click on Restore this version. It will bring you back to the project version without that change.
In this section, you can also return your chart to the state before any chosen action was implemented. Just find the action that is associated with a particular stage of the project you need to go back to. After that, click on it and then on Restore this version.
In this case, the previous action list will remain untouched.
Similarly, if you have changed your mind and want to redo an action, you can simply select a corresponding action in the History of changes and click on Restore this version.
