When you register in GanttPRO cloud based Gantt chart software as an Account Owner, you are automatically given 14 days of trial.
You can purchase a subscription at any time during your trial or at the end of it.
To purchase a subscription:
1. Choose one of the four paid plans
You have four plans to choose from:
- Core
- Advanced
- Business
- Enterprise

2. Define the duration of your subscription
You can subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis.
Monthly subscription
GanttPRO’s monthly subscription provides month-to-month access, with monthly charges being made each renewal day (the same day of the month that you originally signed up for the plan). Monthly plans automatically renew every month.
If you cancel before an upcoming renewal day, you will not be charged on the following renewal day and henceforth. Your license will automatically renew at the end of the license term unless you cancel it.
Annual subscription
GanttPRO’s annual subscription provides year-to-year access. It is more profitable in comparison with a monthly subscription, as in this case, the price per member is lower. Annual charges will be made on each renewal date (the same date of the year that you originally signed up for the plan). Annual plans automatically renew every year.
If you cancel before the upcoming renewal date, you will not be charged on the following renewal date and henceforth. Your license will automatically renew at the end of the license term unless you cancel it as provided in the policy.
You can always switch between a yearly and a monthly subscription by configuring it in the billing settings.
3. Choose the number of seats
Here, you have to define how many users you want to add to your account.
It is possible to choose 1 seat for Core, Advanced, and Business plans if you subscribe with the annual subscription.
For monthly subscriptions, seats are available in increments of 5. You can choose 5, 10, 15 seats, and so on. A discount applies for purchases of 20 or more seats. Teams with 40 or more members may qualify for custom pricing.

How to add more users to my subscription?
You can add users in your billing settings when you exceed the limit you have paid for.
How to upgrade my GanttPRO subscription?
There are three options for upgrade:
- switching from a monthly to a yearly subscription
- increasing the number of account users
- switching to a higher pricing plan
To do that, open Billing in the Account settings and click on Upgrade next to your current plan name.
After that, you will see a window where you can switch between annual and monthly options, increase the number of users, and(or) change a plan.
How will the pricing be recalculated if I upgrade my subscription?
Suppose you purchased a monthly subscription to the Advanced plan for 15 users on January 1, 2025. On January 15, 2025, you decide to upgrade to the Business plan for 15 users billed annually.
For a monthly subscription to the Advanced plan for 15 users, you have paid $225 ($15 per user multiplied by 15 users).
Since you have not used all the days from this subscription before you decided to upgrade it, the remaining amount will be deducted from the amount you have to pay for a new plan.
In this case, you have only spent half of the days, so you can divide the total payment ($225) by 2. Thus, you will still have $112,5.
The cost of the Business plan you want to upgrade to with an annual subscription will be calculated like this: $19 per user multiplied by 15 users and then by 12 months. That will equal $3420.
Now, you can subtract your remaining balance ($112,5) from the amount you have to pay for the upgrade ($3420). Thus, you will have to pay $3307,5.
The next billing date will be counted starting from the day of your upgrade plus 1 year, as it is a yearly subscription. In our example, it will be January 15, 2026.
How to downgrade my GanttPRO subscription?
There are two options for downgrade:
- switching to a lower pricing plan
- switching from a yearly to a monthly subscription
How will the pricing be recalculated if I downgrade my subscription?
In case you want to downgrade your subscription by switching to a lower pricing plan and from a yearly to a monthly subscription, your current balance will be extended along with the next billing date.
Suppose that you have purchased a yearly subscription for the Business plan for 15 users from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. It will be calculated like this: $19 multiplied by 15 users and then by 12 months. That will equal $3420.
Now, if you want to switch to the Advanced plan for 15 users billed monthly, the price of each month will be $15 multiplied by 15 users. That will equal $225.
So, with a $3420 balance, you will cover the next 15 months starting from February 1, 2025.
How to cancel my GanttPRO subscription?
Go to the Account settings, select Billing, and click on Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page. If you cancel before an upcoming renewal day, you will not receive a refund, but you will not be charged on the following renewal date.
