A time log report provides you with the information about the time spent on tasks by each team member. This data can be used, among other things, to keep the stakeholders informed, or to calculate the corresponding fees and payments.
A time log report tab indicates the total time spent on tasks in current month 1 (by default) and contains:
- Task name and task details available if you hover over the info icon
- Project name with task directory
- User name
- Time log date
- Logged time
For a better view and comprehension, data can be grouped 2 based on those fields and sorted out in ascending and descending order 3 by clicking on the corresponding field.
Time log date, Logged time, and Comments can be edited in the Reports tab by clicking on the corresponding cells 4.
To single out particular data for the report, you can configure and save Filters 5, and apply them while creating a report.
