You can invite users to the team by sending them an email invitation in the Team and resources section in the Account settings.
Also, you can invite users to a particular project by sending them an email invitation in the People tab of the project.
You can configure rights and roles for the invited people upon invitation or afterwards. Once they accept the invitation and sign up, you can set personal calendars, assign tasks, and start collaborating on the project with these users.
How to invite a user with the Account Owner role
A user with the Account Owner role cannot be invited to another account. For all other roles — Account Administrator and Account Member — invitations are possible. It is important to note that the logic of these restrictions is the same whether you're inviting a new user via the window in the Team and Resources section or directly from a project.
To invite a user with the Account Owner role to another account, they must contact support. Support will transfer the Account Owner role to another user, who can be either an existing user in the account or a new one. By default, this new user will receive the Account Administrator role.
An Account Owner cannot change their own role. After the role has been changed, the former Account Owner will be able to be invited to another account.
During the registration of a new account in GanttPRO, there is a step to invite users. If you enter the email of a user who is already an Account Owner in another account, they will not be able to be invited.
