To synchronize dependencies between tasks in GanttPRO online Gantt chart tool and JIRA Software, you need to add new link types in JIRA.
To do this:
1. Click on the Project settings icon 1 in JIRA Software, and select Issues 2.
2. Then, click on Issue linking 1 on the left-side menu. Go to Add New Link Type 2 and add one by one the following types of dependencies:
Gantt End to End
Outward description – has to be finished together with.
Inward description – has to be finished together with.
Gantt End to Start
Outward description – has to be done before.
Inward description – has to be done after.
Gantt Start to End
Outward description – earliest end is start of.
Inward description – start is earliest end of.
Gantt Start to Start
Outward description – has to be started together with.
Inward description – has to be started together with.
