A list view is a table where you can see and work with all the tasks from the project in cases when you do not need a Gantt chart.
Fields

Adding tasks and milestones
To add a new task or a milestone, you need to click on the Add new task 3. Alternatively, use the advanced buttons Add a task, Add a milestone 3 at the bottom of the task list.
Bulk changes
In the List view, you can also select multiple tasks and apply bulk changes. Click on the corresponding icon 4 and tick 5 all the tasks you need to apply changes. You can do it in regards to the assignee, status, priority, and custom fields 6 if you have added them.
Overdue tasks
In the List view, you can also see Overdue tasks. Enable the corresponding icon 7 and you will see all the tasks whose due dates have already passed, but their status is still In progress or Open. They will be highlighted in red.
View settings
In the View settings 8, it is possible to choose how you want to see closed tasks in the list and which grid view you prefer. You can switch off strike through and greyed out for closed tasks.
Filter
For quick access to particular tasks, use Filters 9. You can filter the list view by task name, type of tasks, assignee, status, priority, creator, date range, start, end or creation dates and colour. Additionally, you can filter by overdue tasks or use saved filters.
