Account settings enable you to set up and manage various aspects of the account according to your role in it.
To access your account settings, use the menu on the left. You’ll find the account settings located in the bottom corner.
After that, you will enter your account settings, where you can immediately configure several options.
A full set of possibilities includes:

- Billing
- Team and Resources
- Team settings
- Projects status
- Account roles
- Project rights
- Custom fields
- Security
- Integration and API
- Delete account
Note: Sections Profile settings and Notifications are available for all users, as they customize account preferences for a particular user.
Other sections are only accessible to specific account roles, as they affect the entire team. Check here your current role's permissions.
Below you can find the description of all the sections.
Profile settings
Here you can configure some general settings for your account:
1 Set your First and Last Name
2 Delete your account
3 Change your password
4 Choose the language for your account
5 Set date format
6 Enable or disable 24 h format
7 Enable or disable that a week starts on Monday
Notifications
Here you can configure email and push notifications for your account. There are three types of notifications:

Billing
This section is only visible to an Account owner. S/he is the only person who can work with everything related to billing within the account. In particular, an Account owner can:
1 Check the current account plan
2 See the subscription expiration date and upgrade the plan
3 Check the current team size
4 Change payment method
5 Cancel your subscription renewal

Team and Resources
In this section, you can manage account users and virtual resources. In particular, it is possible to:
1 Manage virtual resources
2 Invite new users
3 Set account roles for team members
4 Delete team members from the account
From the User card, it is also possible to:
1 Delete a user from the account
2 Change the user’s account role
3 Configure personal calendar
4 See the projects this user is part of
5 Set cost types and cost values
6 Configure project rights
Team settings
In this section, you can:
1 Upload the company's logo or change it
2 Set and change the account name
3 See how much storage space is used in the account
The logo and the account name will be shown on the file of the exported project from GanttPRO.
Project status
In this section, you can create and manage project statuses. By default, there is a No status option 1 that cannot be deleted, and 3 statuses:
2 green = on track
3 yellow = at risk
4 red = off track

Account roles
In this section, the Account owner and Account admin can manage users’ roles in the account: create, edit, and delete them. Account roles limit invited user's permissions on the account level. You can also set the default Account role the invited user will get 1 .

While Account roles affect user's permissions on the account level, Project rights manage user's permissions on the project level. Project owner and Project admin can manage users’ rights in projects: create, edit, and delete them. You can also set the default Project right the invited user will get 1 .

Custom fields
In this section, you can manage all custom fields created across all projects in your account. They allow you to customize projects for specific needs and personalize them.

2 Use the search box to quickly find a specific field in the list
3 Edit or delete a field

In this section, you can configure your account security. You can switch on Single Sign-on and Two-factor authentication for the account. Both features reduce the risk of lost, forgotten, or weak passwords, and eventually, it cuts down on login troubleshooting.

Delete your account
If you want to delete your account, go back to the Profile Settings section. Under your personal information, you will find the option to delete your account.
